What is connected insurance?

Connected insurance is available for Direct Line, Churchill or Privilege Insurance customers with a ‘My Account’ set up. When you sign up to Caha! using the same email address you’ve used for your insurance provider’s account, your policy will be automatically connected.

Information that is pulled through:

  • Insurance policy number

  • Expiry date

  • Insurance premium

👉 With connected insurance, you can also view a more detailed breakdown of your policy details directly from the Caha! app.

Why is my insurance policy not connecting automatically?

If you’re a Direct Line, Churchill or Privilege customer and want to see your policy automatically connected to Caha!, you need to have a ‘My Account’ set up with your insurer.

The same email address must then be used when you sign up to your Caha! account.

Once you’re sure you match the above criteria, follow the steps below to refresh your policy connection.

What if I purchase insurance after signing up to Caha!?

If you already signed up to Caha! and later on get an insurance policy with Direct Line, Churchill or Privilege, then you can still link up your insurance policy.

To connect your insurance, follow these steps:

  1. Tap the ‘Account’ tab in bottom menu

  2. Tap ‘Connected Accounts’

  3. You’ll see any available connected insurance policies

  4. Toggle on the insurance provider that you want to connect
    Tap ‘Refresh’ if you don’t see any options

  5. Sit back and we’ll do the rest!
