What can I expect on the day of my Fixbox repair?

Once you’ve made your way to the Fixbox at the booking time, park your car in one of the bays and head to the reception area. One of our Fixbox technicians will introduce themselves and walk you through the repair.

How long will my repair take?

We'll give you an idea of how long your repair will take. Usually, we get things sorted within a day or less, so you won't be without wheels for long. As we get closer to finishing up, we'll give you a heads-up and set up a convenient time for you to swing by.

Will I get updates on my repairs?

Absolutely. We'll keep you posted throughout the repair process, giving you a call or shooting you an email — whatever works best for you. When your car's nearly good to go, we'll give you a shout to sort out payment and pick-up. If you can't collect it on the same day, just give us a heads-up so we can let the Fixbox technicians know.
