What payment methods are accepted?
All major credit and debit cards are accepted including VISA, MasterCard and American Express.
How do I make a payment?
Payments are taken over the phone using a secure payment system. All payments are taken by our Head Office team, not the technician on site at the Fixbox.
When do I make a payment?
We'll only take the payment for your repair once your car is fixed and the repair is complete. Our technicians usually set up a payment call to take place while you're at the Fixbox, and someone from Head Office will ring you to take payment over the phone. So make sure you have your card handy when you go to pick up your wheels!
Can I pay for my repairs in cash?
Sorry, but we can't accept cash payments, only cards.
